The inspiration for this piece comes from the quiet and chaste woman described in 1 Peter 3:1-4.

1 Peter 3:1-4 encourages Christian wives to be submissive to their husbands, even if their husbands do not believe in God, so that their conduct may serve as a testimony of faith. Instead of relying on outward adornment like fancy hairstyles, jewelry, or fine clothing, women are urged to cultivate inner beauty through a gentle and quiet spirit, which is precious in God's sight. The passage emphasizes the power of godly character over external appearance in influencing others and honoring God.

This piece demonstrates how outward things are just a distraction.
