Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. I appreciate your patience while I prepare your order.

Shipping Times

I currently only ship within the United States. However, if you do wish to order from outside of the United States, please contact me at artbytrishstark@gmail.com.

  • Orders shipped within the U.S. typically take 3 to 5 days to arrive. However, once your package is handed off to the carrier, I do not have control over the arrival time so this is not guaranteed.
  • All pieces are shipped via USPS or a private delivery agency depending on the size of the piece and delivery location.

Order Tracking

I provide real-time tracking information on all orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting me at artbytrishstark@gmail.com. I will do my best to locate your package with the help of the carrier. If your package is deemed “lost” I will create a new art piece to replace the missing item and ship it out to you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping will be calculated based on the delivery location at the time of checkout.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take pictures of the damaged item. If it was damaged due to mistreatment by the carrier, please take pictures of the damaged box and shipping materials. I will need this to put in the claim to the carrier.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at artbytrishstark@gmail.com.

Cancellations
